Souvenirs

· Use vanguard sheets to make souvenirs.

· Use compass and ruler.

· Do 250 pieces of souvenirs. [Approximately 5 cm radius for bigger circle and 2 cm for the inner smaller circle. 3 and a half cm behind each piece of circle vanguard sheet.]

· See Picture at the bottom of the page.

· Each person to do 18 pieces.

· Each leader who is present is given 20 ice-cream sticks. They are to purchase 2 vanguard sheets on their own. They are to produce the receipt to Miss Toh if they want to claim the amount they spent on the vanguard sheets.

Game:

· A list of 12 songs are decided by the leaders. Jacklyn will be in charge of getting the songs onto CDs.

Uniforms & Scores

Sec 1

· Pack drawers near the computers and throw away old and unused scores. Also to record all scores we have.

· To pack the scores neatly and to discard old scores

Sec 2 and 3

Objective: To prepare the Sec 2 to take over so that they know where certain things are placed.

· Stock take and check and record the sizes of the extra uniforms and shoes.

Bonding Session

Objective: To welcome our junior members and to bid farewell to senior members

Date: 14 March 2007

Venue: Music Room

Time: 11.00am – 1.00pm

- Choir practice will carry on as usual from 9.30am – 11.00am.

- Note that no food and drinks will be provided. Please ensure that you take your breakfast before reporting to school.

As the school choir will be taking part in the SYF competition this year, your child’s / ward’s regular attendance is crucial to the morale of the whole choir. Please kindly ensure that your child / ward attends the practices regularly. Should he / she be absent, please furnish us with a medical certificate or a letter of excuse.
